Jordi Labs is an investigative laboratory which is seeking an experienced technical administrator. Jordi has a history dating back to 1980 and a strong established customer base. This position provides administrative support to members of the Analytical Service Team. Duties include project-based work, customer interaction and general administration. Organized, detail-oriented, fast-paced and multi-tasking describe the successful candidate.
Organizing and compiling of technical reports using Microsoft Office.
Receipt, logging and handling of customer samples using Access database.
Coordinate customer meetings and calls with senior staff.
Support staff in assigned project-based work.
Work closely with outside vendors.
Invoice customer projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Become familiar with analytical techniques and products offered by Jordi.
