Dr. Mark Jordi Featured at Agilent 2D HPLC User Summit

Jordi Labs President Dr. Mark Jordi spoke at an Agilent Technologies’ 2D HPLC User Summit on September 28, 2015 in Cambridge, MA.

2D chromatography is a powerful new methodology for solving the most challenging separation problems. In our laboratories we have utilized 2D chromatography for the quantitation of high profile leachables in biomedical device extracts. Specifically, 2D chromatography combined with UV with the maxlight cartridge and fluorescence detection have been combined to provide low parts per billion parts per trillion level determinations of bisphenol A in complex extractable and leachable matrices. Quantitation of Bisphenol A at these levels was previously not possible due to matrix interferences using conventional one dimensional chromatography methods.
