Background
The objective of this work was to investigate the extractable and leachables profile of a nylon syringe filter. Multiple analytical techniques were employed including QTOF-LCMS, QTOF-GCMS, Headspace GCMS, HPLC, and ICP-MS. ISO 10993 guidelines were followed for this analysis.
