Warranty
Jordi columns come with a 90 day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover: installation or service of product, conditions resulting from consumer mishandling such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration.
Return Policy
Jordi products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is a 15% restocking fee on all orders. All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please contact the Jordi representative from which the items were originally purchased.
